Nu två veckor senare så kom det ytterligare ett mail från SAS Eurobonus Diamond Support, ska bli intressant hur det här slutar.

Thank you for your patience. I have now received a reply from the back office.
It seems that many customers have received the wrong number of points from Hertz and both Hertz and SAS are working on adding the missing points.
This task is planned to be done by the end of July.
Their kind request is that we give them a few more days to work on this and if the problem still persist after the 1st week of August, then do please send me an email to double check on their progress.
In the meantime, I remain at your disposal for any further assistance you may need.
