Norwegian och Strawberry nu överens om ett gemensamt lojalitetsbolag

What is Spenn?
Spenn is a versatile new currency that you can earn and spend across multiple brands, including Strawberry and Norwegian. Soon, you can use Spenn for stays, flights, and so much more!

Get Spenn by buying products and services with us and our partners, and pay with the Spenn that you earn. You can keep tabs on your Spenn balance and get access to personalised offers and rewards through the Spenn app. A great way to boost your earnings and make the most of your membership with Strawberry.
Who operates Spenn?
Spenn is managed by Spenn Group, co-owned by Strawberry and Norwegian, designed to make earning rewards easier and faster!

How does this affect your membership?
You will still be a member of Strawberry, in our program with tier levels and benefits, but you'll soon earn Spenn on all qualifying purchases with us. Spenn Group will administer your Spenn account, and we will therefore make some changes to our Terms and Conditions. In addition to our member terms and conditions, Spenn Group's Terms and Conditions will apply to the earning and usage of Spenn.
What about my Strawberry points?
Strawberry points that you have already earned will still be available for you to use until 31.12.2025. This means that after the official launch of Spenn later this year, you will keep your Strawberry points throughout 2025, while simultaneously getting Spenn on new purchases.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
The introduction of Spenn brings some adjustments to the terms and conditions that governs your Strawberry membership, valid from November 19, 2024:

• Earn Spenn for qualifying stays.
• Spenn Group will handle the issuance, management, and redemption of Spenn for Strawberry.
• As we enhance our program, benefits will be added as a separate section and regularly updated. New benefits effective November 19 will be updated in the coming weeks.
• The Spenn terms complement the existing Strawberry loyalty program terms.

Dvs
a) befintliga strawberry poäng brinner inne om knappt 1 år och tre månader
b) värdet av befintliga poäng kan komma att ändras om en månad
 
Kan det även betyda att Strawberry poäng blir Spenn man kan även köpa Strawberry Awards med Strawberry poäng under ett år. Därefter blir de Strawberry poäng som är över endast Spenn för Spenn Awards. Kommer att vara ramaskri om alla Strawberry poäng försvinner på ett år. Och omöjligt att boka Awards pga efterfrågan under året

Jag tycker det är relativt tydligt att det blir just så. Strawberry poäng kommer att vara kvar som strawberry-poäng och ha sin egen tabell för bokning av awards, fram till 2025-12-31. De kommer att leva parallellt med spenn.


3.2.1 Strawberry bonus points are being phased out and can no longer be earned or registered after 18 November 2024. All registrations from 19 November 2024 onwards will be made in Spenn.
3.2.2 The validity period for Strawberry bonus points will be changed to be valid up to and including 31 December 2025, regardless of when they were earned.

3.2.3 Strawberry bonus points are valid up to three years (36 months) from the month they were earned, though no longer than 31 December 2025. Thereafter the bonus points will automatically expire and can no longer be used. When bonus points are used, the oldest valid bonus points will be redeemed first.
