SAS app:en - Hur kan den bli ännu bättre?

About the flight history (My trips - Past trips - Flight Log) - I can only see very few flights. It seems my cut off date is nov 21 2022 *). Even if I go into the filter and changes to 2013 only flights since november is shown.

Any way to re-sync so I can see all my historical flights?



Version 5.2.4, Android 12.





*) If I guess, this date might coincide with me dowloading the app for the first time

I am havent some issues with a PNR not showing in the app (i am the passager). My EB number is added to the booking.



If i add it manually i see it, but as soon as i browse away it disappears.



On the webpage I see it.

The booking is made manually by agent.



Seams like a app issue. Mind look at it? I made a ticket.
 
Found another funny bug. Happened at least on two separate occasions before I realized it's an app bug and not just a "info temporarily unavailable".



When I accidentally got ticket type under settings set to my travelpass punches (single domestic destination), the *flight status* function will only show flight status for flights ok the travelpass route. Leading to things like no sas flights between arn and cph on a regular day.



The flight status selection should probably not be filtered like that, no....
 
@massimo Not sure if this has been posted before, but when you open a notification that a booking that's been changed – the app should open the affected booking and not just the app (iOS 16.3.1, app version 5.2.1).

Same for Android version. The notification opens the app - but not the affected booking.

You really need to look at the UI when it comes to showing bookings that have been cancelled and moved to another day or reroutings during the trip. It’s very complicated to see what’s going on and what has been changed. Look at this for instance. It’s very unclear what has been cancelled and that the booking is moved entirely to another day.

Then it gets worse and it looks like this when you expand it. It looks like I had a direct flight from Stockholm to Tokyo from terminal 3 at Arlanda(!). All that is wrong. The app has taken my original departure time, added in the “terminal 3” from Copenhagen that’s just missing and added my original departure time. It’s a mess.

Another example is the other day. Had a misconnect during a trip, got rebooked. The new trip was in the same timeline as the old one making it look really strange, and it was difficult to see what flight it was etc. unfortunately no screenshots of that.

In this specific application, I enjoy this date format since it follows how dates are written in passports...

Could be an explanation for the date format.



I hate having to enter the expiry date of my passport in ISO 8601. If I recall correctly, APIS on SAS website requires YYYY-MM-DD which is very annoying.

Will there be an email notification or something when it is activated, or should I just keep looking? And if so, where in the app should this chat appear?

I agree that is all messed up, could you send me a DM with the booking reference so we can debug it?

I got an email, I think the function is under the "More" button, and called "Chat with customer service"? @massimo can you confirm this is the Diamond chat?
 
Maybe it's old news but I just noticed that the hotel offers are a bit off...



The header states "Hotels in Visby" (which in fact is my destination) but the hotels displayed are all in Oslo (where I depart from).
