Hej!
Det här blir ett hyfsat långt inlägg med korrespondensen mellan Turkish och mig de 6 månader det tog för mig att lyckas...
Jag skickade in min första ansökan 6 oktober och ännu en gång den 1 november förra året.
Något svar fick jag inte och jag skrev ett till mail via deras onlineformulär med mitt ärrendenummer 28 december där jag var väldigt tydlig med hur missnöjd jag var över deras urusla kundservice samt skickade på nytt screenshots på mitt EB statement, foton på pass, EB-kort samt numera även gullkort från Air Berlin (som jag status matchade till).
14 februari fick jag följande svar:

Den 13 mars skickade jag på nytt samma svar med statements och foton på vad de har efterfrågat.

Verkligen det jag var ute efter med tanke på att jag reser så ofta inrikes inom Turkiet.
Jag har funderat ett par dagar om jag verkligen ska höra av mig igen men det är liksom inte lönt. Det var riktigt bra att ha Guld inom Star Alliance i 1 1/2 år...

Det är inte omöjligt och hade jag krigat lite med China Airlines så borde det inte ha varit några problem att få guld hos de också men de vill ju ha en bokning...
