Thank you all for valuable feedback. It's correct that we have made changes in our product offer. We are evaluating every product onboard and want to secure that the service we offer reach the majority of our customers in each service. We evaluate every product by terms of how much service we can give you, e.g. how much service do we get for this spending, can we increase customer satisfaction be using the outcome on other services or products. We have decided to remove items with very low usage or has a high expense compared with what we can offer you. All in effort to give you as customer the best experience. We have reinvested the spending into new services. For an example will we offer the same services regardless from Scandinavia or to Scandinavia, there are differences in the second service if you fly eastbound or westbound due to time of day or arrival. You will always be offered a first course separately and not together with your main course. We have changed this due to customer feedback and evaluated this in comparison for our customers that want to have a quick bite and go to sleep. We have therefore still the quick service on flights with such a demand. We have not removed any cheese from the service. It's now offered from a buffet service after the main course instead of plated on tray. We are serving ice cream, dessert, and fresh cut fruit in addition to the cheese. You can pick as you like. We have replaced the salt and peppers shakers with the holder from Georg Jensen. We had to waste 90% of the salt and pepper contents after every flight. We don’t consider that it's bringing you value for money if we can spend it on products that you can use without wasting it. We have monitored the usage of the beverage selection and taken away products very low usage. We will introduce new beverages and will also be focusing on non alcoholic products since we have feedback that this is wanted. The reason we have removed the textile towels from the toilets are simply that they were washed down in the toilets and causing major problems and then also delaying flights. We are removing the cling film later this autumn from all plates due previous feedback in this forum. You will then not need to remove it by yourself any longer. This is the one the first steps as we are planning to strengthen our products even more. Every change we do is carefully done and based on customer feedback and our operational performance. In Economy Class do we offer free of charge a selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks with the first serving such as apple-, orange-, tomato- juice, Coke, Coke zero, Sprite, gin, vodka, whisky, Cognac and liqueur, coffee and tea together with the meals. Non Alcoholic beverages are not limited, alcoholic beverages are included to normal consumption, above that are they offered from CloudShop. The size of the can is changed from 15cl to 33cl, from the beginning of October. Cabin crew serves water or juice from the tray every 30 minutes, between the meals – free of charge. Alcoholic drinks between the meals do we offer from CloudShop. The only change Economy is that that we have started to charge for soft drinks after the meal service. For an example if passenger wants an extra can of Coke between the meals. We are monitoring every feedback we are receiving; SAS Idea is a perfect example of how you can give feedback. I hope this clarifies your questions.
