Det finns några olika court cases, men det kortaste jag hört är 6 år från UK. Jag tror att någon svensk dom/lag indikerade 10 år. I vilket fall så är i alla fall allt till 6 år inga problem.Finns det någon tidsgräns hur länge jag kan avvakta med den saken? Så att rätten inte förfaller?

Article 6 of Regulation No 261/2004, entitled ‘Delay’, is worded as follows

(a) for two hours or more in the case of flights of 1 500 kilometres or less; or
