Bumpar denna för att rapportera om hur det gått...Försökte säga upp mitt kort, skrev till dem 11 feb, fick inget svar alls. Påminde 21 feb i samma ticket, fick svar först idag 28 feb.

Direkt felaktigt svar.
1. Jag har inte uppgraderat till Curve Black - det är den första produkten jag fixat hos dem, har inte haft något annat innan.
2. Det gjordes 24 jan och inte 24 feb
3. 14 dagar cooling off period från och med köpdatum (24 jan) är helt efterblivet med tanke på att det tog typ två veckor att ens få själva kortet.
Hur ska man ens hinna utvärdera produkten?
Har skickat ytterligare ett mail till dem. Riktigt oseriöst svar från deras sida.

Hi,
I have not upgraded to Curve Black, I just applied for it as my first Curve product. I have not had Curve before.
It is not reasonable to look at when I applied for the card (24 Jan, not 24 Feb as you have stated) since it took a long time to physically get the card.
I wrote to you just a few days after I received the card. I am pretty sure the "cooling off period" had already ran out when I got the card.
Why would I exercise my right to cancel my account before even receiving the card in question?
It does not make sense at all.
I have not even started using the product and was met with AmEx support getting removed even before I started using it.
I want a refund.
Please re-consider and get back to me as soon as possible.

Thanks for getting in touch and our apologies for the delayed response. We are currently experiencing a high volume of tickets which means we are not able to respond to messages with the speed that we would like.
As you have not yet activated the card, I've refunded £25 of the card fee for you; this will be credited back to your underlying card within 3-5 working days. When you receive the Tumi wallet, please post it back to us (normal post is fine, no need to send it by recorded delivery) for the full refund:
