Jag fick också hem ett blått kort samt vart nedgraderad på hemsidan från Guld till blått den 1/4, lite surt då jag bokat en 12 dagars på Hilton i Phuket med start den 2/4 och givetvis inte bokat med frukost och det billigaste rummet med tron på uppdatering.
Skickade då ett snabbt mejl till Customer service enligt nedan.

I have received today that My new status Will drop Down from Gold to blue status within the program. This based on My changed Travel the last two years.. I was Diamond Member before that for serveral years.
I have now changed Travelpattern since februari this year, and started to Travel in Asia again where Hilton/Conrad is My normal choise instead of northern Europe. However if i loose all My benefits and have to restart, from blue i have to choose other hotelchains where i can enjoy benefits.
So My request are if you could status match me regarding My status in other chains to Grant me Either Diamond or Gold within HHprogram.
I have Accor Platinum (expires 03/15), Club Carlson Gold Elite (expires 02/05), best western platinum Elite. I am as well a American Express Platinum Card holder.
Since i Will have a stay starting 1/4 at a Hilton hotel, and My status change 1/4 i would appreciate your Quick and positive reply.
