Fick precis nedan mail om att vår resa bokats om och att vi inom 15 dagar måste välja att acceptera (göra inget), boka om eller få en voucher.
Någon som vet vad denna vouchern innebär?
Vi bokade mest denna resa för att vi var oroliga att poäng skulle gå ut, och kommer troligtvis boka om ändå, men ändå intressant att veta mer om voucher-mekaniken.
Sen verkar det inte gå att avboka/få voucher under "my bookings" som det står i mailet. Hittar verkligen ingen knapp för det där.
Tror ni förövrigt dom kommer förlänga giltighetstiden på poängen även i år pga Coroan?

If you agree with the new itinerary, you do not have to take any action. If you wish to rebook or apply for a voucher, you must do so within 15 days after receiving this message. If we have not heard from you within 15 days, we will understand that you´ve accepted the new trip and this will constitute our new agreement with you. Should you wish to rebook your trip, you are welcome to call us for assistance. If you prefer to cancel your trip and get a refund of your ticket, you can request this online via” My bookings”.
If your new route includes a transfer at another airport, please make sure that you are up to date with the entry requirements both for the final destination and transfer point.
