HHonors Gold direkt, utan några vistelser, utlägg eller statusmatchning

På riktiga Hilton och HGI så får man välja mellan frukost eller 1000p/stay. Kolla på HHonors medlemssidor så ser du exakt vilka förmåner du kan förvänta dig på olika hotell.
 
Jag bodde nyligen på ett Hilton Resort i USA och blev i egenskap av Gold medlem erbjuden gratis frukost. Dock var det "bara" Continental Breakfast som ingick. Det kostade 7 USD för att uppgradera till Full Breakfast Buffet vilket innebar att jag sparade 8 USD på att vara Gold och få tillgång till "hot item and made-to-order eggs and omelets" .
 
Hilton har mycket otyg för sig i sitt eget hemland. Lägre standard såvida du inte bor i de riktigt stora städerna, men även där är det inga garantier. Min åsikt är att Hilton hittills är överlägset bättre utanför USA på det lilla extra vaganza, och i bland är det myyycket extra vaganza. :)
Exempel i Phuket/Karon och många andra ställen. Men sällan i USA.

A word of warning. CS can detect this and revoke it if you ever call in. I made the mistake of doing so but had another track to gold and immediately called back to get it back. I think there’s just a non-enforcement policy unless you call in for assistance and they take a look at your profile.
