GRATIS ombokning av flygning på avresedagen! NY FÖRMÅN för Eurobonus Diamond (2023-06-15)

När blir knappen för att byta flyg tillgänglig, är det 24 timmar innan? Jag har nu checkat in för mitt flyg till London från Köpenhamn imorgon klockan 16.40 i appen. Jag ville byta till morgonflyget klockan 7.50. Men jag ser ännu inte knappen för att byta mitt flyg i appen. Det finns tillgängliga platser på 7.50 och 15.00.
Jag upplevde att knappen kom upp 23 timmar före ordinarie avgång men kan ha varit 24 timmar.
 
Jag tror inte det är burgaren som gör skillnaden - jag har beställt den i morgon 18.40 från London men det går bra för mig att boka annan avgång. Varnas för att om jag gör det får jag inte maten jag har beställt.

Nu har jag frågat och fått kundtjänst svar om varför det inte gick att boka om på väg hem från London.

When we asked the back office, how come some members are not able to use their 'same-day-change' benefit they replied:

The benefit is visible only during the check-in window, i.e. 30 hours before the scheduled departure for eligible passengers like Diamond, Pandion members and Pro tickets. It is located on the SAS App's My Trips page and it has a button with a text "Same Day Change Flight"

The benefit cannot be used for online travel agency bookings. It can be used on the following booking types: Merge flow (Points and Cash), regular, youth, travel pass, pure bonus and regular tickets paid with points.

Since your booking was done via an agency, you were not able to use your benefit.

In such cases, you can ask at the airport if it is possible to change your flight until further notice.

I remain at your disposal for any further assistance you may need.

Oof. Det kan ju förklara varför jag inte ser den heller. Och den arbetsgivarbestämda resebyrån är ett krav för alla jobbresor med flyg.

Tack för uppdateringen. Det borde väl inte så svårt för dem att lägga till en popup då att man ska kontakta check-in?
