When we asked the back office, how come some members are not able to use their 'same-day-change' benefit they replied:
The benefit is visible only during the check-in window, i.e. 30 hours before the scheduled departure for eligible passengers like Diamond, Pandion members and Pro tickets. It is located on the SAS App's My Trips page and it has a button with a text "Same Day Change Flight"
The benefit cannot be used for online travel agency bookings. It can be used on the following booking types: Merge flow (Points and Cash), regular, youth, travel pass, pure bonus and regular tickets paid with points.
Since your booking was done via an agency, you were not able to use your benefit.
In such cases, you can ask at the airport if it is possible to change your flight until further notice.
