My name is Alex Socotuhov and I am part of the team behind BusinessClass.com and the new Product Manager for the forum. My role is to support the forum technically, collect feedback from members and answer questions openly. I will also be launching exclusive benefits for forum members, which will only be available to those who registered before January 1, 2026.
Before I describe these benefits, I would like to briefly address the questions regarding the recent changes in the structure of BusinessClass.com.
BusinessClass.com is now operated by BusinessClass.com Inc., with support from Premium Travel Holding AS (Norway, First-Class.com) and TripRobotics Inc. (USA) . For over a decade, TripRobotics has delivered travel technology and content solutions used by major travel brands, including Booking Holdings brands such as KAYAK and Priceline .
TripRobotics is a global organization with over 1,000 employees, with offices in Wilmington (USA), Chișinău (Moldova), Manila (Philippines), London (UK) and Gurugram (India).
What matters most is how this impacts you and this community. Our commitment is simple. We want the forum to continue to thrive, be respected and useful, while incrementally adding more value to our members. We are here with a long-term perspective, ready to invest, improve and listen.
The forum itself will remain as it is. It will continue to be open, supported, and moderated according to the same rules. If we ever need to make significant changes, we will communicate them clearly and well in advance.
We've also seen issues around user-generated content. Nothing is changing here. You continue to own what you post, and the existing terms and moderation guidelines still apply.
Moving forward, we're launching a set of new benefits for long-time contributors. Over the next four weeks or so, every forum member who signed up before January 1, 2026, will have access to:

Most importantly, this is not a one-way message. If you have any questions about ownership, operations, privacy, the forum's development plan, or how these benefits will work in practice, please feel free to respond in this thread.
We will answer openly, and if something is not yet fully determined, we will say so.

All the benefits you are taalking how about will be quite costly if really should be of value. How will this be paid ?
Acces to net prices ? Who's netprice ? Whaat is the businessmodell ?
I am reaally sorry but for me your text above just generated more qustions. Why is a big US company buying this but seems to have no plans to earn money ? Do you think we will start to buy or complex itenarys through Triprobotics ? I aam reaally sorry but If I spend 100 k kr on a trip I either buy directly from airlines or an traavelagent where I know the businessmodell.
