We are writing to follow up on your experience of not being able to do book-the-cook meal selection for your flight SQ974, from Singapore to Bangkok, on xx April 2013.
Our investigations reveal that there was an exercise to update our catering schedules during that week when you were trying to do the book-the–cook transaction. There was an error in the update exercise, so the book-the-cook menu for your flight did not appear on the screen. When you requested our offices for assistance, they were also unable to help because the error was not yet fix. We apologise for the inconvenience caused on this occasion.
As a gesture of goodwill, we would like to present you with an Inflight Gift Voucher for SGD100. This voucher is valid for one year and can be used to purchase in-flight gift items on our flights or through mail order from the SIA KrisShop (KRISSHOP - SINGAPORE AIRLINES).
