Coupon sequence rule
Full and sequential use of flight coupons:
The ticket is not valid if the first coupon has not been used.
The coupons must be used in the sequence provided in the ticket, if not used in this order, honouring will not be made.
Exceptions
If all flight coupons for the outbound travel are completely unused, the flight coupons for the inbound travel can be used. This is valid for SK/117 documents on SAS operated flights, including wetlease, in below cases.
For SK public fares within Europe, domestic fares included
All fares originating in Denmark
EuroBonus award tickets
The following procedures shall be used for restricted fares
When changes are made before the date and time of the first flight coupon
If the passenger wants to cancel either outbound or inbound travel
Cancel the flights concerned.
Note: The ticket shall not be reissued.
If the passenger wants to rebook the outbound travel and cancel the inbound travel
Rebook the outbound segment(s)
Note: If the new outbound date/time is after the original inbound flight, you need to rebook the inbound flight according to fare rules, since you cannot change direction of travel.
Collect applicable fees and fare differences
Reissue the ticket
Cancel the inbound segment(s)
If the passenger wants to rebook the inbound travel and cancel the outbound travel
Rebook the inbound segment(s)
Note: If the new inbound date/time is before the original outbound flight, you need to rebook the outbound flight according to fare rules, since you cannot change direction of travel.

Cancel the outbound segment(s)
Changes made when the outbound or inbound flight previously has been cancelled
As a change of direction of travel or a change from round trip to one way is not permitted, the missing segment needs a coupon in the new ticket
To be able to reissue the ticket correctly with all coupons, book a fake flight for the missing segment
Note: If the changed flight is either before or after the already cancelled flight, you need to collect the change fee and the fare difference if any, also for the fake flight(s).

Boarding at an intermediate domestic point in connection with international travel
Passenger holding SK/117 document is allowed to board at a domestic intermediate point within DK, NO, SE and FI. Domestic sector may be on both marketing and operating SK flights. International sectors must be on SK operated flights.
Example:
Passenger holding SK/117 document HAU SK OSL SK NYC:
Passenger calls and asks if he can board in OSL without any extra charge:
No ticket reissue needed but flight HAU-OSL must be cancelled.
No refund of unused sector HAU-OSL permitted.
Passenger checked-in for the whole journey but wants to board in OSL:
Cancel the domestic flight and make a new check-in OSL-NYC.
Domestic travel within DK, NO, SE
Passenger holding SK/117 document is allowed to end journey at an intermediate point on outbound journey and still use homebound flights.
Example:
Passenger holding SK/117 document LLA SK STO SK MMA SK STO SK LLA.
Cancel STO-MMA flight in PNR before check-in for flight LLA-STO.
On outbound travel LLA-MMA, passenger is allowed to end outbound journey in STO and still travel on homebound flights MMA-STO-LLA.
No refund of unused sector STO-MMA permitted.
