Cuisine comes from three culinary venues and in-room dining led by renowned Spanish Michelin-starred chef José Andrés. Zaytinya – a 140-seat restaurant on the ground floor offers a fusion of Turkish, Greek and Lebanese mezze and delicious cocktails amidst a setting of bronze metals, white oak wood and flashes of Mediterranean blue. The Nubeluz is an exciting 1920s-themed rooftop bar with modern interiors reminiscent of New York’s glamorous past and staggering 270-degree views of Manhattan. Guests will enjoy light bites, an expansive menu of classic and signature cocktails, and Tablas – providing guests with the chance to build a board of ham and cheese. The Lobby Lounge and Bar also provides guests with pastries, coffee, Champagne or a nightcap. The Bazaar by José Andrés is due to open in late 2022 and promises to be a high-end mix of sophisticated cuisine, artful service and playful theatrics. Making its much-anticipated New York debut, The Bazaar has been wowing guests with wild sensory adventure in Los Angeles, Chicago, Las Vegas, Miami and Washington, DC.

Other facilities at the hotel include the Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge for guests staying on the club level. There is also a luxury Spa and Fitness Centre with eight treatment rooms, a sauna and steam rooms.
