Nobu Hospitality is making its highly anticipated entrance into Southeast Asia, unveiling ambitious plans for its first hotels, signature restaurants, and branded residences in the dynamic cities of Danang and Bangkok.
The luxurious Nobu Hotel Danang will rise along the renowned My Khe beachfront, soon becoming the tallest landmark in the city at 43 stories. This striking architectural achievement is set to redefine the city’s skyline and establish a new benchmark for hospitality in the region.
Scheduled to open in late 2025, the property will feature 200 elegantly appointed guest rooms, including 18 exclusive suites. Guests and residents will enjoy world-class culinary experiences, elevated entertainment, advanced wellness and fitness amenities, a rooftop cocktail lounge with panoramic vistas, and extensive conference and event facilities. The development includes 271 upscale residential units with options ranging from one to three bedrooms, as well as two spectacular penthouses that offer sweeping views over Vietnam’s third-largest metropolis.
Nobu Hotel Danang will seamlessly blend contemporary design with Nobu’s signature aesthetic—characterized by refined minimalism and Japanese-inspired elegance. The hotel will crown the Danang City Centre podium, which will also present luxury retail boutiques, a gourmet Chinese establishment, a refined Vietnamese restaurant, and a classic American steakhouse.
Nobu’s expansion into Thailand begins with a statement: the much-anticipated Nobu restaurant occupying the top floor and rooftop of Bangkok’s iconic Empire Tower in the city’s bustling core. With breathtaking views of the cityscape and the Chao Phraya River, this venue promises a sophisticated Japanese-Peruvian dining journey. Plans for a full Nobu Hotel Bangkok are underway, further cementing the brand’s commitment to Thailand’s luxury hospitality sector.
