A Businessclass Verified Hotel

Since 1894, the St. Regis Rome has been welcoming the rich and famous, royalty and well-travelled through its doors. Built by the legendary Swiss hotelier César Ritz, and originally called Le Grand Hotel, the property is one of Rome’s grande dame hotels. Following a multi-million Euro renovation by one of the world’s greatest hotel designers Pierre-Yves Rochon, the St. Regis is the flagship Marriott property in the Italian capital. Set over four floors, the hotel has 132 rooms and 29 individually designed suites – each complete with a butler. The hotel overlooks the Piazza della Repubblica and is situated close to the Diocletian Baths. The 19th century lift is still very much working – the oldest in the city and the winter garden is a triumph of Belle Époque and is completed by a sizeable, stunning Murano-glass chandelier. The hotel has a fitness centre, spa and superb cuisine and cocktails are served at the Lumen.
