Unfortunately I seem to have no way of recovering the PW for the other photosharing service so had to resort to my good old photobucket account. Which unfortunately now downscales/compresses photos for significant loss of quality :td:
Anyhow, back to the report:
After the astonishingly good salad at Cheesecake Factory and good company with ZOL, it was time to head back to the CP for last packing, check-out and a shared cab to SEATAC with fellow BAEC mod LTN Phobia. oh but first I had to drop another glance at the incredibly beautiful young woman sat in the both behind us.
Approaching SEATAC... Bob Marley Airlines as I like to call them.

The BA 747 for our ride to London. They may be old and somewhat flimsy, but I still find travelling on the Upper Deck one of the best methods of travel.

Check-in was a breeze and calm. Good ground staff.

Security a non-event, quick and easy. One last cup of Starbucks while buying more beans for the machine at home. BA departs from one of the satellites which means a train ride and no access to main terminal, I think?

Main terminal view.

Packed to last inch.

Stairs from the train.

I have to say that the staff at the SEA BA Lounge where outstanding. Friendly, genuine and service minded. The F lounge is tiny, with seats for perhaps 20 people, but view was amazing and two staff looked after us, getting drinks (Champagne, what else?) and making sure the experience was good.
Lounge beverage of choice...

Some views of the beast (Queen of the skies).

Boarding via Fast Track was straight forward.

63J. Flight was packed and I had booked late so no prize seat available. It did the job though with a couple of inches extra leg room. Snoozed for a few hours.

Upper deck of a BA747.

Food and service was dire to be honest. Crew seemed very disinterested and the food as mentioned was very poor. Breakfast an insult. Luckily I would spend a few hours in the BA Gold Lounge, Galleries First, which after the catering change shambles had begun to get back its game in the Autumn. In other words, a proper full English breakfast was to be had...
more shortly.
