As alternative, may we opt our offer at the total equivalent amount of each USD300.- on ex-gratia basis in the form of Electronic Multiple Document (EMD) with one year validity from the date of issuance. Please note that the EMD can be used as partial payment for purchasing ticket at any fare type from THAI Town ticketing office, paying the upgrading surcharge subject to seat available at the airport. We trust you will accept this form of apology from THAI.

Mailade tillbaka om att vouchern inte är aktuell för oss då vi inte planerar att resa med Thai och fick då erbjudande om 8000 EB poäng vardera för mig och min fru.
Tror att jag har bättre nytta av dem än vouchern.
Tilläggas kan även att Thai förnekar att de gjort fel i beställningen vad gäller hummern trots att jag mailade in bekräftelse på att hon valt Thai healthy set.

8000 poäng vardera är ju bra kan jag tycka! Jag fick ju 3000 Eurobonus poäng för att champagnen tog slut i Första Klass 2 timmar in i en 7 timmar flight
