Jag vet att många av er följer Björnpilot på Instagram och glädjer er att följa honom. Jag har gjort det under flera år och vi har även skojat om att vi alltid missar varandra i New York. Vi har aldrig träffats.
Ett varumärket som SAS behöver ambassadörer som Björn. Självklart behöver det finnas regler för vad man kan filma, vad man kan säga, och när man kan filma. Här har det tydligen uppstått en konflikt med teamet bakom SAS sociala medier. Här borde kanske SAS ta lärdom från Virgin Atlantics grundare Sir Richard Branson: "Clients do not come first. Employees come first. If you take care of your employees, they will take care of the clients".

Thank you for your support when I told about the ban on me, regarding filming/photografying at work. Some of you even wrote to customer service, that really warmed my
. For example to me, saying ”a plane is full” is not the same as revealing passenger numbers. It’s said as something positive, with good intentions.
If I take pictures/film between check in and check out I will be fired. That’s kind of wierd since I will retire in a year, after a 37 year career in my company. My notice period is the same, around a year.
I could be punished with grounding, but that would be impossible to hide. Maybe impossible refrain to ”tell the full story”. Anyway, I do not break the ban, instead I repost and use archive material. Let’s see what happens. I’m always open for #workingtogether and things change.
Freedom of speech is a statutory right also valid on social media, but you may of course not do things that hurt your company. If your followers think that you promote your company and also all your colleagues, but a very few in certain positions think you damage it, who owns the truth? There can be hidden motives, like a desire to ”have control”. This might be more pronounced in tough times, like now.
Many influencers have contacted me, having problems in their respective company. One was told by a colleague ”XXXXX, you should know that they hate what you do, because it makes them appear as lousy on SoMe marketing”. So the better you are, the more problems you might get! 
In most companies bullying is not accepted and many policies state ”if you are bullied, you should contact your manager”. But if that’s where the problem is, it does not help you much.

Now I will focus on a A350 simulator session tomorrow. I always like to be well prepaired, it makes it so much better.
