I have noticed that after the last update of the app I have also seen the message "Devie offline" sometimes without any reason as I have full internet connection - mostly via cell network.

Tried to add Thai Airways PNR to my trips without success. Got error “booking not found”. Adding same PNR works fine in the current SAS app.



Will you enable adding Thai Airways PNRs in the future?



My Thai Airways PNR contains TG flights only.

Nice, yes, but when clicking on the push notice you end up on the startpage in the app. On my phone the notice text was to long to be fully shown, so I clicked on it to read it all but I cant find the news/info in the app.



Same when you got a change in your booking. It just say you got a change, But dont take you to the trip. The old app took you directly to the trip. I ended up having to use the old app to find out which booking it was.

Tried reading most of the posts in the thread, not sure if this has been reported.

Cosmetic thing...



It would be nice if the different flights could be graphically distinguished somehow. It checked this yesterday and it was tricky to immediately see "which flight is mine?" (I was on SK1812).

Different colors of the background of the statuses (Arrived/Departed/Scheduled)?

Utilizing the "line with dots" farthest to the left to represent how "far" the aircraft has gotten in its schedule? Perhaps dimming flights that are still scheduled but for quite a bit later?

Ok, we are using a library to detect whether there is internet connectivity or not, we will remove it and just do a simple ping to check whether the phone is online or now. Will see if that works better.

Would you mind creating a ticket and sharing the PNR so we can check?

Strange, it shall have shown "your flight" in parenthesis, like here. I remember having tested this so not sure why is not appearing. but sure we will work out a better way to highlight this more.

Also note that "Departed" looks different in our two screenshots.

I understand that this may be connected to other services - but I’d argue that if the EB-number is the static underlying username, the “user-friendly” username in the form of your email address should be changeable. hehe, no I need to find a fly which supposed to arrive at +1 but lands earlier and I need to be awake at that time! data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

Anyway we know what it is and it is already fixed, we were printing the date from Schedule Time of Arrival instead of Schedule Time of Departure.

No, sorry mine was a sketch from the design file, yours the implementation.

Could you open a ticket in the app so we can check what version you are in.
