SAS app:en - Hur kan den bli ännu bättre?

Minor nitpick for @massimo - the my trips list appears to be sorted by local time and should be sorted by utc time. As an example, flew ORD-CPH-ARN this week, and the CPH-ARN leg shows as before the Chicago one. Likely because the Chicago flight leaves at around 10pm local time and the one from Copenhagen at 3pm or so. But they actually happen in the other order...

I have had an issue which means I cannot access the app at all. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling, as well as rebooting my iPhone, both without luck. I keep getting the same error message.

Iphone 14 Pro
iOS 16.4.1(a) [didn't work while I was on just 16.4.1 either]

Perhaps has been reported before(?):
Checked In Luggage status in the app, while a great idea, isn't reliable.

I'm aware of the disclaimer, and probably the app just gets the wrong info from the airport system. I'm not sure how often info is wrong, but if it is often wrong, one could question why implement the feature at all? =)

Example: sitting waiting at BER for flight to ARN. Status in app is "Loaded on SK2678". However, the machine flying SK2678 today hasn't even landed at BER yet, so it would be a feat to have my luggage loaded already!

That said, Checked In Luggage status seems to have been working accurately at ARN and OSL, based on my experience.

Maybe this is a one off error at BER and then alright, no big problem. However, it would perhaps be worth looking into data from different airport to try to determine whether it's accurate or not. If often incorrect/unrealistic, then those airports could be disabled from this functionality in the app?

This sounds like a data collection issue. At BER they probably scan the luggage too early, like when the bag is sorted to go on the plane.

Minor annoyance: I've filled in my passport information (Number, expiration date, birthday, nationality). But when I check in, I still need to fill in my birthday and nationality every time. The other bits on the Passport info page work as intended.
iOS 16.4.1, App version 5.5.0 - I just updated to 5.6.0 but haven't been able to test it yet.

Is the old bug back as a feature where the first leg and not the final destination is displayed as the upcoming trip?
