Yes, but not sure if it was a codeshare always. But there has been a close partnership on and off over the years. Over the past 20 years or so, the ability to earn VS miles from SAS flights has at times been possible to some extent or another; but it has not been uniform and systemwide during all that time. For example, there was a period of time where a bunch of my SAS flights could not be credited to my VS account just because I had no UK address at the time for my VS account.
