Och en liten sidkommentar från min vän: You are more than welcome! I hope that this encourages you to fly more with us and that you let us know if you have experienced anything to your disliking so that we can let management know and make the necessary changes.
Underbart!
The cabin is your oyster when you are flying First Class. You are not inconveniencing us if you want to taste every single starter and dessert - you're even welcome to try out a few different mains. Our goal is for you to have a comfortable trip, whether it be paid with miles or cash. In doing so, you should have a gastronomical experience and in line with that, go ahead and order as much as you want. We're happy to serve you!
In Business Class, it's different. In First Class, we load enough food so that there's enough for every single passenger to try one of each item on the menu. In Business Class, the catering load is load-dependent, meaning that we have limited availability of starters, mains and dessert. While we won't refuse you if available, it's highly unlikely that we'll be able to change out your main. Should there be any starters/desserts over once the meal service has been completed, we will gladly serve it to you as it would be disposed of otherwise
I want to note that we do not discriminate passengers based on whether they are on an award ticket or on a revenue ticket. For all we know, you are an extremely loyal customer to our company. The miles are there for a reason - even the "rich of the rich" eventually redeem them. Op-up are treated differently in it that they are not entitled to the seat received, and therefore may be served last - since the other passengers have paid and are entitled to the service scheme of respective cabin. We do however prioritize service to our HONs, even in First Class, they will often be served, even when there are full F-fare paying pax on board
.
Honestly, on any given long haul flight, there are
tons of *G pax. We know you are there, but we won't treat you any differently.
HON-SEN-FTL-x*G-x*S osv?
Yes. Generally you receive no special treatment as *G on board. You are however considered in opups and so forth, but once you're on board, your Star Alliance status is pretty much null. We are however aware of all elites on board our flight, including levels below SEN.
