British Airways - Paid Seating Terms and Conditions
•In the event that we have to change your seat we will endeavour to seat you in a suitable alternative. We will look to seat your party together in the first instance, and then if possible in your choice of window seat, middle seat or aisle seat. If you have paid for an exit row seat we will look to seat you in another exit row seat. If you are not completely satisfied with your replacement seat you are eligible to apply for a refund. Seats are not transferable to any other passengers.

Förbjudna villkor
Här följer några exempel på villkor som Marknadsdomstolen bedömt som oskäliga. Efter villkoret anges inom parentes år och nummer för domstolens avgörande.
Villkor vid transporter
"Skada eller förlust å gods skall skriftligen reklameras till Transportören senast inom sju dagar efter slutförd transport. I annat fall är Transportören fri från ansvarsskyldighet." (MD 1977:9)

Om en vecka är oskäligt villkor, så borde två veckor vara rätt tight också. Är det inte 10 år som gäller för förseningar / inställda flyg? Rimligtvis borde BAs korta tidsrymd vara oskäligt.
