By limousine bus
Direct, 90 minutes, 3100 yen, 2-4 connections per hour

Haneda Airport (HND) and Narita Airport
Narita Airport (NRT) operate every 15 to 30 minutes. The one way journey takes about 90 minutes and costs 3100 yen. The last bus is at 21h30, and since you should pick up your luggage and purchase your bus ticket, this option is not possible.
By direct Keisei/Keikyu train
Direct, 90 minutes, 1760 yen, 1-2 connections per hour
Direct limited express trains connect Tokyo's two airports approximately every 40 minutes except in the late afternoons and evenings. The one way journey takes around 90 minutes and costs 1760 yen. The direct trains are known as "Access Express" or "Airport Kaitoku".

By Keisei and Keikyu Railways with a transfer
1 transfer, 110 minutes, 1570 yen, 3 connections per hour
Take a regular Keisei limited express train from Narita Airport
Narita Airport (NRT) to Aoto Station (60 minutes) and transfer to a train bound for Haneda Airport
Haneda Airport (HND) (70 minutes). The one way trip takes about two hours and costs 1570 yen. There are three connections per hour.
By JR Narita Express and Keikyu Railways
1 transfer, 95 minutes, around 3600 yen, 1-2 connections per hour
Take the JR Narita Express from Narita Airport
Narita Airport (NRT) to Shinagawa Station (70 minutes, around 3200 yen) and transfer to a Keikyu train for Haneda Airport
Haneda Airport (HND) (20 minutes, 410 yen). There are one to two connections per hour.

About 20,000 yen, 60-90 minutes to central Tokyo

Japanese taxis ride into central Tokyo is very expensive and not recommended to common travelers Transfer by trains from Narita to Haneda require to change trains at least one time.
