Jag hade för mig att Lufthansa hade Skype-förbud, mest för att man stör andra pax, men det kanske inte gäller i F ;)
 
Mycket trevlig läsning. Och sannerligen en trevlig flygtur.

Det påminner lite om min resa morse. fast jag fick en kopp kaffe. men, ändå. sätt på plats 1C. Det du.

Del två var lika välskriven och informativ som första delen.

Du skrev: "Jag köpte US Airways poäng och uppgraderade från Business Class - priset var 50.000 poäng eller motsvarande 4.700kr.". Var det priset för upgrade OW eller R/T?
Måste du köpa en viss typ av businessklassbiljett för att kunna upgradera till första klass?

  • Upgrade seats are dependent on each carrier's upgrade availability and may not be available on all flights.
  • Request can be made after you have purchased your ticket.
  • Upgrades may be requested as early as 337 days before departure until 24 hours prior to departure.
  • Upgrades can be requested online at usairways.com only.
  • Upgrades are valid only on participating Star Alliance carriers.
  • Codeshare flights not eligible.
  • Star Alliance upgrades can be requested when flying in B, C, D, or Y classes.
  • Not valid when traveling on industry or agency discount, free tickets, reward tickets, or tickets purchased through Priceline and Hotwire where the airline is not disclosed until after payment.
  • Some carriers may impose blackout periods where upgrades are not permitted.
  • Miles required to upgrade is per person, per segment and calculated on the day of request and is subject to change.
  • No more than four passengers per reservation.
  • Request can only be made for two segments at one time.
  • A Dividend Miles account number or username and password, Name of each traveler, Airline, Flight number, Booked revenue class, Flight date, and Departure and arrival airports are required to process your upgrade.
  • Miles are deducted from the Dividend Miles account automatically when the upgrade is confirmed, if a seat is available.
  • Upgrades are available Economy-to-First (on select two-cabin aircraft), Economy-to-Business (on select two- or three-cabin aircraft), or Business-to-First (on three-cabin aircraft) and double upgrades from Economy-to-First are not permitted on three-cabin aircraft.
  • Standby and Wait-listing not permitted.
  • Mileage accrual is based on the original ticketed class of service.
  • Upgrades are subject to operating carrier rules and policies. Requests for seat assignments, special meals, and amenities must be made with the operating carrier.
  • Contact the operating carrier to make changes or cancel the upgrade.
  • Cancellation of a segment will cancel the upgrade.
  • Miles will be automatically redeposited within 48 hours of the cancellation.
  • The member is responsible for any additional taxes incurred as a result of using the upgrade. Upgrades on Air New Zealand flights can only be processed within 28 days of travel.
  • Award upgrades are not allowed on all Air Canada flights (including flights from CLT and PHL), please visit the Star Alliance Upgrade Award page on aircanada.com for the complete list of ineligible airports.

Håller med, när man reser F och tittar bakåt ser C-kabinen riktigt trång ut! :D

Man skrattar nästan inombords när man åker F. Det är liksom resan som är målet!
