Amex Pontus in the Air at Arlanda during arrival?

Hey fellow travellers, do any of you know if it is possible to access Pontus in the Air at Arlanda with Amex Platinum after arriving from a flight (not connecting anywhere)? Would be nice to have a meal there after the flight.

If memory serves me, it is available as an arrivals lounge for Centurion? But I agree, as a mere Platinum, I always have to show my boarding card.
