SAS Eurobonus Conscious Traveller (från 2024)

Jag har ett minne av att man kan lägga till biobränsle/SAF och få ett steg även på bonusbiljett. Försökte hitta det på sas hemsida, men antingen läser jag dåligt eller har det försvunnit?

Har en Sky Team award där SAS flyger första och sista sträckan där jag funderar på att lägga till SAF för att få steg...

Jag märkte igår (eller så är det väl gömt) att det inte gick via hemsidan. Appen fungerade… för någon månad sedan var det tvärtom med felmeddelande via appen. Dessa ständiga små överraskningar man får när man jobbar SAS-lösningar❤️
 
Just started pursuing this Conscious Traveller badge, as it will help me reach EBD. Sad that I lose the purchase of eco products option, that would have been an easy to get the steps. Regarding the SAF, I bought already for my next flight tomorrow, but it seems to apply for the whole booking and not just for the outbound flight? Will I get two steps (one for the outbound and one for the return flight)? Or will I get the opportunity to buy it again after the outbound flight lands?

You will get one step even though it’s a flight with layover. You can however buy for the return (after outbound is finished) and it will be registered as an additional step. Used to be that you could do a purchase during a layover and it would be registered as a separate step but that hasn’t worked lately. At least not for me.

This must be something new? i have the same problem with buying SAF for the outbound trip and and before homebound trip another SAF and no points or step for conscious traveller? :(

Hm, a change introduced when they removed “conscious” products and introduced meal removal(?)
I have an inbound flight tomorrow so guess I will find out in a week.
But if you haven’t received points it sounds more like it simply is an error, you should receive them no matter what.
 
I am now after my outbound flight and got no extra steps credited for the SAF. Will it only come after the end of my trip?

Okej, jag fick poäng+steg för båda. Men det tog en vecka efter varje flight. Efter 10 dagar hade jag kontaktat kundservice och frågat om poängen... (om jag inte fått)
