To delay, or in the worst case, cancel a flight is our last alternative, however, sometimes it is, unfortunately, the only option. I can confirm, in accordance with EU Regulation 261/2004, you are entitled to receive 250EUR compensation.
A transfer of 25000 EuroBonus points (extra points) is being arranged and the points will reach your EuroBonus account within a few days.
It is my hope that you will choose SAS for your future travel as we are looking forward to seeing you onboard again soon.

Update: 25000 point er allerede på min konto. Alt i alt er jeg OK tilfreds med det som kompensation.
