I'm flying SFO-CPH with SAS soon, which lounge at SFO is best?

I would use Singapore Airlines lounge if it's open or Eva airs. Problem is booth these lounges have opening hours not matching with SAS flight, some days Eva airs lounge is open though.

Other than these 2 you can only chose United if I'm not wrong when it comes to star alliance lounges, and the United lounge is far from good.

Agreed! However, I think that the United lounge is okay, now that they've upgraded the food offerings a bit. Better than many other domestic United lounges and IMHO better than e.g. the crowded SAS lounge at O'Hare. At least it's big with lots of seating.

Hur kommer man in i Amex centurion lounge - räcker det med AmEx Elite Card + EBG?

Tyvärr inte. Access enbart för "rena" AMEX Platinum, mao utan samarbete med tredje part eller AMEX Centurion
