• Autumn brought a much sharper change. By 29 September, the Superior had reached €1,585, the Park Suite €3,500, and the Two-Bedroom Family Suite €4,130. On 2 October, Plan Ahead disappeared, the Mandarin Room and both junior suites were withdrawn from direct inventory, and Booking.com imposed a two-night minimum.

The conventional-room ladder was unusually transparent: €150 bought seven additional square meters and an outward garden-framed outlook, followed by another €100 for the Prado view.

Mandarin Room value fluctuates more. January’s €70 gap over Deluxe Prado View was persuasive. As the gap widened on later dates, the Mandarin Room became easier to justify only for guests who would use the additional seating area.
