Four Seasons celebrates a record tally of Michelin stars

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts continues to redefine the global landscape of luxury dining. Recognized for its exceptional culinary vision, the group now boasts more Michelin stars than any other hospitality brand worldwide. The group’s flagship properties in Asia and Europe consistently set the gold standard for epicurean excellence, as affirmed by the prestigious Michelin Guide.

As of 2025, Four Seasons is distinguished by a remarkable 30 Michelin stars across 21 esteemed restaurants worldwide. Notably, Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong remains at the pinnacle, holding a record-breaking eight stars—making it the most Michelin-decorated hotel on the planet.

The 2025 Michelin Guide for France once again celebrated Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris, with Le Cinq retaining its coveted three stars under the masterful direction of Chef Christian Le Squer. The property also secured one star each for Le George (helmed by Chef Simone Zanoni, emphasizing sustainable gastronomy) and L’Orangerie, guided by Chef Alan Taudon. This achievement cements George V’s reputation as the only palace hotel in Europe with an impressive five-star culinary portfolio.

Elsewhere in France, Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, A Four Seasons Hotel, continues to shine with a Michelin star for Le Cap, led by Chef Yoric Tièche. In the Alps, Les Chalets du Mont d'Arbois, A Four Seasons Hotel in Megève, maintains its star at Prima, thanks to the creative flair of Chef Nicolas Hensinger—a protégé of the legendary Benoît Violier. Hensinger’s innovative approach ensures Prima remains a destination for discerning gourmets.

Across Asia, the latest Michelin Guide for Hong Kong and Macau honored Zi Yat Heen at Four Seasons Hotel Macao with another retained star. However, the true standout is Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong: Lung King Heen, under the stewardship of Chef Chan Yan Tak, continues to hold three stars for its refined Cantonese cuisine. Caprice, led by Chef Guillaume Galliot, sustains its three-star status for contemporary French fare, while Sushi Saito, overseen by Chef Masashi Kubota, proudly upholds its two-star distinction for Japanese omakase artistry.

From London and Los Angeles to Seoul and Singapore, Four Seasons’ commitment to gastronomic excellence is unwavering. The group’s restaurants deliver the same meticulous attention to quality and service that guests have come to expect in every aspect of the Four Seasons experience.
