This autumn, the 5-star Princesa Yaiza Suite Hotel Resort in Lanzarote will host a series of ‘Gastronomy Days’ that will feature two of the world’s best chefs.

Twice Michelin starred María Marte and former Young Chef and Entrepreneur of the year Arnau Bosch, of the one Michelin starred Can Bosch restaurant, will be delighting lucky guests with their exquisite set menus, designed exclusively for Princesa Yaiza.

The first guest chef to grace the hotel’s gourmet Isla do Lobos restaurant - one of eight restaurants at the resort - will be Dominican Republic native María Marte from October 5-7.

Head Chef at the two Michelin starred Club Allard in Madrid, where she worked her way up from washing dishes, she is the only chef in the Spanish capital to have received the coveted National Gastronomy Award.

Maria describes her food as ‘constantly evolving’, and will be serving up a bespoke menu of Mediterranean dishes with Caribbean touches inspired by her heritage.

From the November 16 - 18th, guests will be able to sample the cuisine of talented young Catalan chef Arnau Bosch, the third generation of the famed Bosch family.

After a childhood spent helping out in his family’s Michelin starred Can Bosch seafood restaurant, Arnau graduated from the Catalan Academy of Gastronomy and earned himself the title of Young Chef and Entrepreneur of the Year by 2015.

With a passion for local produce, his exclusive menu for Princesa Yaiza elevates his family’s trademark seafood cuisine to the highest level, using cutting-edge cooking techniques and incorporating the latest gastronomic trends.

Home to a total of eight spectacular restaurants, each offering a different international cuisine, the all-suite Princesa Yaiza has long held a reputation as a gourmet leader in the Canary Islands.

But it’s not just the food that impresses at the Princesa Yaiza. Located in Playa Blanca, a convenient 30 minutes’ drive from the airport, the Princesa Yaiza Hotel Resort is without a doubt one of the most impressive hotels on the island.

With a traditional Spanish design, gorgeous manicured gardens and glistening pools backed up by views of the ocean, the hotel is rather unique in its family-friendly nature, while still being extremely luxurious.
