Other options at Head Chef Nik Heartland’s unique winter afternoon tea includes a selection of finger sandwiches, savoury canapés, raw Christmas cake with coconut frosting and red berries, raw carrot cake with mulled wine spiced cranberry and orange topping, and gingerbread loaf with freshly roasted walnuts. Freshly roasted Italian coffee and a selection of loose leaf teas are also available.
