Overlooking the Tower of London, with views across the River Thames and Tower Bridge, the Grade II* listed Ten Trinity Square is currently undergoing a comprehensive restoration before opening at the end of the year as a luxury Four Seasons hotel and residential development.

Four Seasons are working together with multinational investor and developer Reignwood Group to restore the iconic London building, which was opened in 1922 by Prime Minister David Lloyd George and was the headquarters of the Port of London Authority.

Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square The hotel will offer 100 rooms, two gourmet restaurants, bars and a spa, while Ten Trinity Square, The Residences at Four Seasons will consist of 41 “spacious and classically elegant apartments designed with supremely specified materials and finishes.” The residences will provide owners with a “luxurious and customised service”, with each apartment consisting of an imposing entrance lobby, between one and five bedrooms, and spacious living areas with neo-classical interiors. Guests and residents will enjoy views of the Thames and the Square Mile’s most prominent landmarks.

Ten Trinity Square, The Residences at Four Seasons The private members’ club at Ten Trinity Square will offer members stylish and exclusive meeting rooms, a business centre, screening room, cigar lounge and access to the exclusive Château Latour room. Ten Trinity Square is twenty minutes from both the West End and London's second financial district of Canary Wharf.

Ten Trinity Square, The Residences at Four Seasons “We’re thrilled to be working with Reignwood Group on the transformation of this unique and exquisite London landmark,” said Allen Smith, President and Chief Executive Officer, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. “As the city continues to be a destination of choice for the world’s most discerning leisure and business travellers, Ten Trinity Square will be an excellent complement to our two existing hotels at Park Lane and Canary Wharf, and expand our presence in this critically important market.”
