Rezidor adds luxury Saudi resort to portfolio
Rezidor, a member of the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, has revealed that the Nofa Resort and Club in Saudi Arabia will join its portfolio later this year.
The luxury private member’s club, located outside Riyadh in Saudi Arabia, houses 57 villas as a members-only resort. “The Nofa Resort and Club is an iconic and exceptionally exclusive product allowing us to enter the luxury hospitality segment in Saudi Arabia, to further diversify our offer, and to strengthen our position in the Kingdom”, said Wolfgang M. Neumann, President & CEO of Rezidor. The “lodge-like” Nofa Resort and Club is only four years old and is situated adjacent to the Nofa Safari Park, which is home to a number of wild animal species. Food and beverage options include two family-dining restaurants, a coffee lounge and juice bar. Other facilities include meeting rooms, a large entertainment centre, an equestrian centre, a golf resort, a palm and fruit orchard, and a safari zone. The property also features a large banquet hall for “high profile” conferences, conventions, exhibitions, weddings and other types of events. Nofa Resort and Club is the newest addition to Rezidor’s expanding portfolio in Saudi Arabia that now features 27 hotels with over 5,200 rooms in operation or under development.
