The Park Lane Hong Kong, a Pullman Hotel will open a new roof venue this September.
Part of a £30m makeover of the hotel, the new bar, named ‘SKYE’, will be offering a “distinctively creative culinary and tantalising bar experience” in the vibrant shopping and entertainment district of Causeway Bay, with views of Victoria Harbour and Victoria Park.
Seating 180 people and covering 740m², SKYE will feature a restaurant with three private dining rooms, a large outside deck dominated by an illuminated bar
, floor-to-ceiling windows, an impressive wine collection and innovative cocktail menu.
Helmed by Head Chef Lee Adams, SKYE will offer a variety of contemporary French cuisine. Chef Adams will be joined by an international team of young and dynamic hospitality professionals, such as the hotel’s Sommelier, Restaurant Manager and mixologist, led by the hotels Food and Beverage Director Mr. Hugo Cheng.
“The concept behind SKYE is about bringing Hong Kong’s global nomads together at a relaxing design setting. The food and cocktail culture at SKYE underpins the sharing culture of today’s millennials. Chef Adams and his team aim to curate SKYE’s menu to present an interesting mix of flavours and textures, creating a dining experience stimulating all senses,” said Mr. Luc Bollen, General Manager of the Hotel.
Renowned architecture and interior design company, Design Worldwide Partnership, will deck out SKYE, bringing a “sleek look that marries glitz and glamour, bound to set a trend in Hong Kong.”
SKYE opens in early September
, joining two other dining venues at the hotel; Ebb & Flow, the newly refurbished lobby lounge; and Playt, an all-day dining restaurant with open kitchens.
