The Park Lane Hong Kong launches new rooftop bar and restaurant
A unique new rooftop venue has opened in Hong Kong.
SKYE roof bar and restaurant at The Park Lane Hong Kong, a Pullman Hotel, located in Causeway Bay, provides a vibrant setting to enjoy good music and food against the backdrop of the breath-taking views of Victoria Park and Victoria Harbour.
The 8,000 sq ft venue is part of a HK$300 million makeover which saw the complete revamp of the hotel’s roof space. Collaborations with German street artist, KEF, and local and visiting DJs create a stylish and relaxing environment.
Michelin-starred Head Chef Lee Adams, who has worked at Gary Rhodes in the UK and Dubai, and The Waterside Inn in the UK, is offering French contemporary cuisine, while incorporating flavour from the East. An a la carte and degustation menu, also created by Chef Adams, is available as well. Highlights include Heirloom Tomato Tartare, Slow-poached Lobster, Caramelized Veal Sweetbreads, Caramelized Lavender Honey Breast of Barbarie Duck, and a dessert of Pavé of 70% Guanaja Chocolate, served with Salted Popcorn Ice Cream, Popcorn Caramel and Peanut Gel.
After dinner, enjoy specially curated cocktails created by Italian mixologist Valerio Politano in the stunning outdoor bar setting, including SKYE’s signature cocktails Rocking Horse, Global B-ART-tender, Tai Hong, Sfumato and a range of special liquid nitrogen cocktails. A snack menu and extensive wine list are also on offer.
SKYE is opened from Monday to Friday, 12:00 noon to 2:30 pm; and from Monday to Sunday, 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm. Brunch is available on the weekend and Public Holiday, from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm. Roof bar is opened from Sunday to Thursday, 12:00 noon to 12:00 am; Friday to Saturday, from 12:00 noon to 2:00 am.
