AccorHotels has opened a new Mercure hotel in the popular business and leisure destination of Mysuru in southern India.
The Grand Mercure Mysuru is set in the historical city’s heartland, north of the majestic Mysore Palace. The hotel has 146 “contemporary” rooms and suites and is located within close proximity of major tourist attractions as well and the central business district.
The sixth floor of the hotel features a viewing gallery where guests can watch the ten-day Dasara festival, for which the city is globally renowned for.
Food and beverage options includes the all-day-dining restaurant ‘
La Uppu’,
which serves a mix of global cuisine and local delicacies;
By the blue
, a rooftop specialty restaurant which serves Northern Indian cuisine; Silk Bar, with a mix of single malts, cocktails, mocktails, spirits and wines on offer; and
Deli Shop
, a delicatessen at the lobby with baked goods and confectionary. The hotel also features a gym equipped, a terrace pool, kids play area and a spa to rejuvenate the mind and body.
