Le Meurice Paris unveils revamped Pompadour Suite

The newly imagined suite follows a modest refurbishment of the luxury Paris hotel’s acclaimed

and public spaces.

Overlooking rue de Rivoli, the Pompadour

consists of three suites - the main suite plus separate bedroom and

sitting room - as well as a

glorious

marble bathroom with separate shower and bath.

Designer Charles Jouffre took on the challenge of sprucing up the suite, succeeding in capturing the elegance of eighteenth century design which the hotel is renowned for. This style is epitomized by the suite’s sophisticated chandeliers,

exquisite

silk textiles, and classic art.

The

Pompadour has been fitted with the latest technology, including television screens concealed behind paintings, complete soundproofing, and remote controlled lighting.

The Pompadour Suite can also be connected with other rooms, making it ideal for families.
