Mercury Lounge, the glamorous rooftop bar atop Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach, has reopened for the season after a restyling over the summer.
New manager, Raul Carcelero, formerly of Zuma London, Zuma Dubai, Nusret Dubai, and Ossiano, is overlooking the upgrade, which includes new soft furnishings, discreet corners for romantic dinners and more spacious areas for groups. Carcelero said he looks forward to the lounge becoming a new, exciting destination choice for Dubai’s social scene.
The unique open-air lounge retains its five majlises, including the spectacular Sky Fall, which remains one of the most sought after private dining venues in Dubai, no doubt due to its spectacular views overlooking the city, the Palm and the Arabian Gulf.
