Four Seasons Abu Dhabi officially opens

The 200-room hotel was

in May, but the launch of its Butcher & Still steakhouse marks the completion of the hotel, which has been 12 years in development.

The 34-storey hotel is the first Four Seasons property in the capital, and features expansive waterfront terraces, private dining rooms, an impressive Dahlia Spa, and pool terrace with city skyline views.

The hotel’s six restaurants and lounges include Zsa Zsa – named after well-known Hungarian actress Zsa Zsa Gabor – is a Hollywood-inspired cocktail bar; Al Meylas, a vibrant lobby lounge which serves Middle Eastern cuisine and refreshments, as well as daily afternoon tea; Crust, the hotel’s modern, market-themed restaurant overlooking the water; and Eclipse Terrace Lounge, located poolside with ocean-inspired cuisine and trendy cocktails.

The most recent venue to open, Butcher & Still, is a Chicago-style steakhouse, whilst Café Milano features coastal Southern Italian cuisine amid interiors by Tihany Design. All venues open to outdoor waterfront terraces and most include private dining rooms.
