Emirates Upgrades Business Class Product
Emirates continues to improve its business class product.
The Gulf airline has begun taking delivery of its new generation Airbus A380-388Q, which features 76 seats in business class and 14 in first class. The first of 27 Boeing 777-300ER aircraft is also being delivered this month, with 42 enhanced Business Class seats and eight First Class seats on board.
These new aircraft reflect Emirates' continued investment and commitment to flying a modern, environmentally–friendly fleet and providing its customers with a superior level of comfort and safety, Emirates said in a press release.

The new aircraft’s Business Class feature a new design, with a higher ceiling resulting in a more spacious and airy cabin. Overhead luggage compartments on the new A380’s Business Class cabin are concentrated in the middles aisles, offering 28% more volume than previously.
The new Business Class seats are nearly two metres long when in the horizontal position, each featuring a personal in-seat mini-bar and a large screen of 23 inches.

The new A380 aircraft will be used on many of Emirates' long-haul routes. In total, the airline has 51 of the aircraft on order.
After recently retiring the last of its Airbus A330 and A340 aircraft, Emirates’ entire fleet is now made up completely of Boeing 777s and Airbus A380s.
