Emirates has unveiled its new Boeing 777 Business Class seat at ITB Berlin.

Currently underway in the German capital until March 13, the world’s leading travel trade show is showcasing more than 10,000 exhibitors from 180 countries. Emirates’ Infinite Possibilities Stand is located at ITB in Hall 22a.

Emirates' new Infinite Possibilities Stand at ITB Berlin “For Emirates as a global connector of people and places, this trade fair is the ideal platform to demonstrate our product and services – with our new Infinite Possibilities Stand we virtually inspire travels around the world. Our teams hosting on our stand can also share ideas with new and existing trade partners, customers and industry stakeholders,’’ said Sir Tim Clark, President, Emirates Airline. Visitors at the new stand are given the opportunity to experience Emirates’ new Business Class seat, which will be installed in all new Boeing 777-300ER aircraft delivered from November 2016 onwards. Emirates said the new seat has been designed with customer comfort in mind and features an ergonomically designed headrest, a pitch of 72 inches, and the latest touchscreen controller which can be used to recline the seat into a “fully flat” 180 degree angle for sleeping.

New Business Class Seat The seats also offer one of the industry’s largest personal TV screens at 23 inches, as well as a conveniently located mini-bar. “Our current Boeing 777 Business Class seats are already an industry-leading premium product, and what this new seat does is to take that design and comfort to the next level. We gave the seat a fresh and modern look, retained all the existing features that our customers love and added a few more, while improving the seating and sleeping comfort,” added Clark.

VIP delegation at Emirates' Onboard Lounge Emirates’ Boeing 777s offer 42 Business Class seats in a 2-3-2 configuration. Emirates’ ITB stand is also displaying the airline’s First Class Private Suite, Economy Class seats and two of the airline's flagship A380 onboard products - the First Class Shower Spa unit with a working shower, and Emirates’ Onboard Lounge.
