5-star Corinthia Hotel Prague opens new dining venue

Highlights of the menu, which features local influences and regionally sourced ingredients, include smoked salmon and fruits of the forest with fresh bakery products, and Lobster Bisque. Evening options include a small plate of Czech charcuterie and Red Beet Marinated Salmon.
Sharing plates are also offered in the evening paired with crafted cocktails.
Afternoon Tea, handmade desserts from award-winning Executive Chef Krofta, and an extensive wine list are also available.
The hotel features three other impressive dining venues - The Grill, Rickshaw and Let’s Eat - as well as a spa, gym and indoor pool.
