Kick off celebrations with a glass of bubbly before tucking into a wild mushroom soup, infused with quail egg and truffle oil or pan fried scallops accompanied by a celeriac puree, Bramley apple, poppy seeds and truffle foam, followed by honey-glazed & flame torched Cornish mackerel with crab salad, beetroot broth and apple and celery sorbet. Diners can also opt for the vegetarian choice of smoked tomato tartare with a goat’s cheese mousse and sesame seed tuile.

Once the palate has been cleansed with a refreshing watermelon and lime granita, options of pan fried Irish beef fillet with duck liver pâté, confit ox tail and a rich red wine jus or wild mushroom risotto, with truffle oil and crispy rocket, are next on the menu.  

If you have a sweet tooth, you will enjoy a mini lemon meringue tart with freeze dried raspberries, followed by the ultimate dessert; a chocolate avalanche dome accompanied by a light honeycomb and sumptuous vanilla ice cream. Lastly, a selection of petit fours, tea and coffee will conclude the meal.

After washing it all down with some more champagne, continue your celebrations in Jin Bar, located in the spectacular golden atrium of the hotel, with some creative cocktails and a live pianist playing until later.
