Turkish Airlines, which flies to more countries than any other airline, has announced that it will provide free and unlimited messaging services to passengers on international flights where internet access is available. This service will be available through various applications such as WhatsApp, Messenger, and iMessage, among others, under the motto "Enjoy Limitless Messaging."
According to Bilal Ekşi, the CEO of Turkish Airlines, this new service is a “testament to the airline's commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction."
The limitless messaging service will be complimentary to all Miles&Smiles member passengers. Non-members can also benefit from this service by filling out the Miles&Smiles membership form, which is available before or during the flight. Additionally, Miles&Smiles Classic Plus, Elite, and Elite Plus members will receive enhanced free internet packages.
The airline will first launch this service on its aircraft with internet access provided by Turk Telekom and gradually expand it to all aircraft with internet connection.
