The unlimited messaging feature is accessible at no charge to all Miles&Smiles loyalty program members. Passengers who are not yet members can easily sign up for Miles&Smiles before or during their flight to take advantage of this exclusive benefit. Elite tiers—Classic Plus, Elite, and Elite Plus—enjoy even more generous complimentary Wi-Fi data packages on top of messaging capabilities.
This service was initially introduced on select aircraft featuring Turk Telekom connectivity and has now been extended fleetwide, ensuring that nearly every Turkish Airlines international flight with internet access supports seamless messaging for all guests in 2025.
