Signature dishes such as Beef Bourguignon, Bak Chor Mee, and Thai-style Crab Curry are among the highlights. For those seeking even greater personalization, the expanded Book the Cook service now allows pre-ordering from a list of up to 20 chef-crafted dishes, including perennial favorites and innovative new creations.
Complementing the dining experience, a sommelier-selected wine list and premium Champagne are available alongside a comprehensive range of spirits and non-alcoholic refreshments. Snack offerings have also been upgraded, now including premium nuts like almonds and cashews, as well as a diverse assortment of light bites, available throughout the flight.
On journeys exceeding seven hours, guests are presented with an exclusive Out of the Woods amenity kit, thoughtfully designed for Premium Economy comfort and sustainability.
Singapore Airlines has partnered with Out of the Woods, a leader in eco-conscious travel accessories, to introduce this innovative amenity kit. Made from Forest Stewardship Council (FSC)-certified kraft paper fabric, the kit includes eyeshades and slippers crafted from recycled PET bottles, and a moisturizing lip balm in biodegradable packaging. Essential toiletries such as a dental kit and moisturizer remain accessible in the onboard lavatories, further enhancing passenger well-being.
