Galetti, celebrated for her innovative cuisine at London’s Mere, now brings her artistry to the skies. In collaboration with Singapore Airlines’ culinary team, she crafts seasonal menus for Business Class, Suite, and First Class cabins. Her dishes, inspired by her South Pacific heritage and honed in London’s vibrant culinary scene, offer a unique fusion of flavors and refined presentation.
