Singapore Airlines - haute cuisine from the UK

Singapore Airlines has forged a collaboration with renowned chef and television personality Monica Galetti to craft a gourmet dining experience for its Business Class, Suite and First Class passengers departing from the UK.

In her role as guest chef, Ms. Galetti, acclaimed for her appearances on television shows including Masterchef: The Professionals, will curate seasonal menus in partnership with the airline. Drawing from her South Pacific heritage, the collection will showcase several signature dishes from her London restaurant, Mere.

Expressing her enthusiasm, Monica Galetti stated, “Food and travel are my twin passions, having taken me across the globe. Collaborating with the world's premier airline marks my most thrilling journey yet! I am thrilled to collaborate with Singapore Airlines in crafting a culinary journey that mirrors its renowned finesse, excellence, and refined luxury. Drawing inspiration from my travels, I aim to create a vibrant menu celebrating the freshness of seasonal local produce.”

Exclusively available on Singapore Airlines flights departing from London Heathrow, London Gatwick, and Manchester Airport, the collection will present a range of bespoke dishes, including soups, starters, main courses, and desserts, seamlessly complementing the airline's acclaimed wine selection.
